Food is more than sustenance—it connects us, shapes identity, and reflects culture. Yet, food production drives over 25% of CO₂ emissions, wastes vast amounts of water, and nearly half of all food is discarded by consumers. Against this backdrop of overconsumption and waste, this dinner experience investigates how we perceive waste and resources through food, artefacts, and furniture.
Feast of Resilience: A Culinary Rebellion Against Waste invites guests into a transformative space where discarded ingredients and reclaimed materials are celebrated. Here, leftovers are reimagined, and repurposed furniture and décor tell stories of renewal—challenging our relationship with waste and inspiring resilience through creative reuse.
